Nicholas Herboso works for the FOX10 Storm Tracker Team and he is the newest member to join the team. He studied Broadcast meteorology and Minored in Music at the University of South Alabama as he joined FOX 10. Herboso Achieved high scores in his studies, earning him various departmental awards because he had a passion for the faculty which he learned from in the USA.His current job at FOX10 is his first job after college and it’s quite an achievement for him. He is thrilled about what his future holds for him at the station.

Herboso’s residence is on the Gulf Coast and he was born and raised in Fairhope, AL. After living through multiple hurricanes on the Gulf Coast and watching the coverage from local meteorologists like EDD Thomson, especially after watching their coverage of the 2004 and 2005  hurricane seasons, he was motivated to pursue his career in Broadcasting. Earlier on past extreme weather events got him interested in Weather. He has a passion for weather that excites him and he is proud to put out information to his viewers.

He enjoys music apart from his passion for meteorology. He started his journey as a trombone player in the J. Larry Newton’s School Band and his musical history go way back.  Herboso served as drum major for the Fairhope High School and the University of South Alabama  Jaguar matching Band.
