Austin Butler Career

Butler began his professional career at the age of thirteen when he began taking acting classes. He then appeared in Nickelodeon’s Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. Following that, Austin was cast in the Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana, where he played Derek Hanson alongside Miley Cyrus. In 2008, he made his Nickelodeon debut as James Garrett in two episodes of iCarly and Zoey 101.
