Jeffrey Bullard is an American Anchor and Reporter who began as an intern at KFVS-12 in February 2022, and he formally joined the Heartland News Team as a multi-media journalist in June 2022.

Beginning in early September 2023, he became the host of Heartland Afternoon, a half-hour lifestyle newscast that airs at 3 p.m. on weekdays.

He also hosts a lifestyle show called Heartland Afternoon, which airs every weekday at 3 p.m. Jeffrey initially joined the station in February 2022 as an intern, a position he held for six months. In June 2022, he accepted a position as a multi-media journalist and reporter at the same station, where he will work from July to September 2023. Bullard eventually landed a position as a news anchor and reporter in September 2023.

Before joining KFVS-TV, Jeffrey worked as a retail manager and then as an emerging leader at Cracker Barrel in Mt. Vernon. Following that, he accepted a position as a retail sales associate, which he held from May 2017 until July 2022. In addition, he served as a skill trainer and retail shift leader at Cracker Barrel.

Bullard previously worked as a salesperson at Newell’s Furniture & Gifts in Woodlawn, Illinois. While there, he collaborated with a variety of brand firms, including Franklin, Lazboy, England, and IFD. He works for the company for ten months, from May 2021 to February 2022. Jeffrey began his job as a barista at Starbucks in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, from January to October 2018.

Aside from his employment as a writer, Bullard is involved in community service with Voices for CASA Children and as a church performer. In 2018, Midland Institute presented him with the CEO Student Award in recognition of his outstanding performance. In June 2019, the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce named him its Youngest Chamber of Commerce Member.
