Jessica reported on big breaking events, including the Pope’s historic visit to the Borderland. In 2018, she worked as a morning traffic anchor before taking on the post of morning anchor alongside John Purvis.

She worked at the station for six months, from December 2007 to May 2008. Gonzalez began her media career as a production assistant at KRWG TV News in August 2007 and continued until December 2007.
