Marilyn Milian is a retired Florida Circuit Court judge and television personality best known for presiding over the American courtroom television series The People’s Court. Milian is the first Hispanic arbitrator in a court of law. She had presided over The People’s Court for twelve and a half seasons by the end of the show’s 28th season (2012-13), making her the longest-serving arbitrator on the show.
