Paul is a market development strategist and lifestyle TV host for KTVB’s Keepin’ it Local series. The Boise native has over 20 years of experience in the broadcasting profession, having worked as a news anchor, TV host, reporter, meteorologist, radio DJ, and television manager.

At the age of 19, she became the first full-time female radio personality at Boise’s KQXR. She eventually rose through the ranks and began appearing on camera in Boise as a meteorologist and morning news anchor. She moved to Sacramento in 2010 and worked on the weather team at KXTV. She forecasted throughout the morning and midday newscasts. She also worked as the community liaison for KXTV. In this role, she oversaw station programs and campaigns, raising about $33 million for a variety of philanthropic causes, businesses, and non-profit organizations.

She joined KXTV’s Sac & Co as a host in 2012. In this job, she taped while dangling from the side of the world’s tallest artificial climbing wall, spoke with John Lasseter during the opening of Disney’s Carsland, snorkeled at Aulani Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii, and aired the launch of Disneyland Resorts Star Wars Galaxies Edge. She also performed martial arts with Michael Rooker, drank wine with Greta Gerwig, sang jazz and blues with Tommy Davidson, offered cough medicine to the Goo-Goo Dolls, and talked about hamburgers with Smith Field.

Throughout her career, she has garnered accolades from the broadcast and public relations industries. For example, she received two Emmys and numerous Idaho Press Club accolades. The Idaho Business Review included her on its list of Idaho’s Accomplished and Under Forty. The National Association of Women Business Owners Sacramento recognized her with an Outstanding Women Lead ‘Spotlight’ award, as well as various additional PR and broadcast press accolades. In 2000, she represented Idaho in the Miss America competition.
