Primo is one of the Top Twenty Richest African Americans in the World according to Forbes, and his company is responsible for managing $6.04 billion in assets in both domestic and foreign commercial real estate. Primo, a frequent contributor to CNBC, has received honors for his work in the real estate sector.

Under Primo’s direction, Capri Capital introduced one of the first mezzanine funds for real estate in 2000. Capri Capital, a minority-owned business, was a pioneer in investing in underserved urban regions like South Los Angeles. Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza, a neighborhood mall in Los Angeles, was purchased by Capri Capital in 2006.
